Quality Management Plan
Within the framework of the project TrustAI: Higher Education as a Catalyst for the Trustworthy and Sustainable Use of AI, a comprehensive Quality Management Plan was developed. This strategic document outlines the methodology, procedures, and tools that ensure high quality of the project processes and results throughout its 36-month duration (01.10.2024 – 30.09.2026).
Main Objectives
-
Ensure high quality of all project outputs and activities.
-
Support effective management and coordination within the partnership network.
-
Systematically monitor and evaluate the project’s progress, results, and impact.
-
Improve processes through the introduction of preventive and corrective actions.
Approach and Methodology
The plan is based on the Plan – Do – Check – Act (PDCA) Cycle and includes three levels of quality assurance:
-
Macro level – monitoring of the consortium and overall progress.
-
Micro level – monitoring and coordination of work packages.
-
Parallel ongoing monitoring – ensuring quality in real time.
Evaluation Activities
The plan foresees:
-
Internal evaluation – regular meetings, questionnaires, interviews, and peer reviews to track progress.
-
External evaluation – feedback from target groups and stakeholders through pilot tests, surveys, and interviews.
-
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – measurable indicators linked to individual work packages and the overall project objectives.
Significance
The Quality Management Plan is not only a tool for control but also a mechanism for improvement, transparency, and sustainability. It supports the partners and the coordinator in ensuring that the results of TrustAI are relevant, reliable, and have a long-term impact both in education and in practice.
