Impact Plan
TrustAI: Higher Education as a Catalyst for the Trustworthy and Sustainable Use of AI has developed a strategic Impact Plan, which defines how we track and demonstrate the positive change resulting from project activities on students, lecturers, partner organizations, and the wider educational ecosystem.
What the Plan Includes
-
Impact assessment framework – a common methodology based on the Impact+ approach, with clearly defined levels: organizational, target groups, project team, and systemic level.
-
Roles and responsibilities – coordination of the process, periodic impact workshops, data collection and analysis.
-
SWOT analyses by work package – curriculum (WP2), teachers’ incubator (WP3), and piloting, promotion, and sustainability (WP4).
-
Indicators and data sources – quantitative and qualitative KPIs for short-, medium-, and long-term results (e.g., participation, satisfaction, integration into curricula, sustainable partnerships).
-
Geographical impact – languages, countries, and events beyond the partnership, media coverage, and academic references.
Why It Matters
The Impact Plan ensures transparency, comparability, and sustainability: it shows how we use feedback to improve TrustAI outputs and how we demonstrate real change – from acquired skills and teaching practices to institutional policies and sector-wide standards.
